Stardreamer is a born artist. His formal training in the fine arts, beginning at the tender age of four, culminated in apprenticeship under the tutelage of the Great Ojibway Shaman artist; "Norval Morrisseau". As a founding member of Morrisseau's, "Thunderbird School", Ritchie is an authorized teacher and proponent of the Shamanistic Arts.

Stardreamer's special projects include:

  • The 28 canvass Meeting Place mural, centrepiece of the 1st International Pow Wow held in Toronto's Skydome.
  • The Planet Heart Project, an inspirational art presentation that toured Ontario schools.
  • "Lighthouse - A beacon of hope in a time of despair", an anti-apartheid piece that toured with "Archbishop Desmond Tutu".
  • "Aftershock", an artwork created for the "Children of Chernobyl Fund".
  • The Heartfelt Remembrance Crests, worn by tens of thousands at collective remembrance ceremonies.
  • The Sacred Spirit Totem painted for Chief Asin's Sweatlodge in Guelph, Ontario.
  • Woodland Gold - Seven Scrolls to guide and inspire the School.
  • Sevenfires - a Rock Opera, music composed by Stardreamer, now in production.
  • The Earthday Anthem - a nationwide Earthday Poster Apr. 2005/2006 and a worldwide Earthday Anthem.
  • Visionary Websites - Various website design and development projects
